Estimates and diagnostics
Online price ranges are planning estimates only. Final pricing requires diagnosis and customer approval. Diagnostic fees are $77 in Brooklyn and $100 in Queens, Staten Island, and Hempstead, waived with an approved repair.
Warranty
Eligible completed repairs include a 90-day labor warranty and a 90-day warranty on parts supplied by KLIA NY. Customer-supplied parts may have different or no parts warranty.
Scope
Residential appliances only. Appliances over 15 years, built-in access, panel removal, and appliance movement are reviewed case by case. KLIA NY does not disconnect gas appliances and does not provide manufacturer-warranty service.
